About the Founder
Saul is a Head of Quality and Compliance, and previously worked as an Academic Manager and Project Manager within the UK higher education sector. His career spans both the UK and international education environments, with extensive experience in project delivery, academic leadership, and operational management across higher education institutions and international education partnerships.
The foundation of this organisation grew from Saul’s experience working overseas in China, where he supported international college students who aspired to study abroad. During this time, he helped students navigate the complex journey of applying to universities overseas — from developing academic English and preparing portfolios to building the confidence and communication skills needed to succeed in international higher education. Seeing many of these students achieve their dream of studying in the UK and other global destinations inspired the creation of a service dedicated to supporting learners and professionals through similar pathways.
Saul holds an MA in Educational Leadership and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication. He is PRINCE2 and TEFL qualified, reflecting his combined expertise in project management and education. He is also continuing his own language-learning journey; currently studying Mandarin at HSK4 level after completing HSK3.
Throughout his career, Saul has developed curricula, delivered business and creative arts education across further and higher education in both the UK and China, established portfolio preparation and foundation programmes, designed professional training, and supported international student recruitment initiatives within the higher education sector.
At the heart of Saul’s work is a strong commitment to helping students and professionals develop the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to achieve their ambitions and reach their full potential.
