the busyness and business of life often sidelines things that we enjoy doing, in order to sacrifice the time for something else. Sometimes the something else isn’t really worth the sacrifice either though, and what I mean by that is, the busier life gets, it becomes ever more clear about how to squeeze extra time and activities into the day, because of the value that they bring to you and the quality of life. Sometimes that is kore clear like a financial incentive and outxom3, but sometimes its reading a book instead of tv, or exercising instead of doomscrolling.
